KJ Retro SupplyStockroom Backups — Privacy policy
Last updated: 27 October 2026.
Stockroom Backups is operated by KJ Retro Supply for its own private business records. The owner authorises the connection to their Google Drive account.
Google Drive access
The connection requests Google Drive access to upload, list, read, download and remove backup files according to the owner’s retention settings, including access to existing backups. The Google permission is broader than a single folder; the backup utility is configured to work with its backup directories.
Data and storage
Backup archives can contain inventory, sales, expenses, invoices, receipt images, photographs, application source and encrypted recovery credentials. Archives are encrypted on the owner’s server before upload to Google Drive. The authorisation token is stored privately on that server so scheduled backups can run.
Use and sharing
Google account and Drive data are used to provide backup, integrity checks, retention and recovery. The utility does not sell this data, use it for advertising, or use it to train general AI models. Encrypted archives are stored with Google Drive at the owner’s request. This information site is served by Cloudflare; network requests may be processed by Cloudflare to deliver and secure the site.
Retention and control
The owner controls the connection and backup retention. Access can be revoked through the Google account’s third-party connections settings. Revoking access stops future Drive operations; it does not automatically remove backups already stored in Drive. The owner can delete those files directly in Drive.
Contact
This utility is for the operator’s own use. Questions or requests should be directed to the Stockroom account owner through the existing KJ Retro Supply contact channel.
